How do I check my points balance?

Your points balance appears automatically on the checkout terminal every time you enter your phone number. You can also call us at (410) 882-6884 and we can look it up for you.

How do I redeem my reward?

When you reach 100 points, your 10% reward will appear on the checkout screen. Simply tap to apply it to your purchase — no cashier needed, no coupon, no hassle.

What's the minimum purchase to earn points?

Any purchase of $15 or more earns you 20 points (or more if you're in Bronze or Gold tier). Purchases under $15 do not earn points.

Can I use my reward on anything?

Yes — 10% off any purchase, no restrictions, no minimum. What you see is what you get.

How do I move up tiers?

Tiers are based on your lifetime points earned. Reach 250 lifetime points for Bronze (1.25x multiplier) and 500 lifetime points for Gold (1.5x multiplier). Once you reach a tier, you keep it for 12 months.

Do my points expire?

Points do not expire as long as you make at least one qualifying purchase per year. Tier status lasts 12 months from when you earned it.

I forgot to enter my phone number — can I add points later?

Unfortunately points can only be added at the time of purchase. Make sure to enter your number at the start of every checkout to never miss points.
